Dined at Aviles Restaurant, located within the Hilton in St. Augustine’s historic district, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you’re seeking outstanding service and unforgettable flavors, this is the place. The meal exceeded all expectations—each dish was deliciously crafted. A special shoutout to our server and bartender/mixologist, Michael, who went above and beyond with impeccable service, expertly made drinks, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Absolutely top-notch in every way!
Christmas dinner, reservations must be made 2-3 months in advance, the waitress was super professional, gave a lot of advice and we did not regret our choice. I would like to say separately about the toilet room, the dinner cost 260, and the manager sent us somewhere on the street around the corner and we did not find it, we left a lot of money for dinner and the lavatory was not included ... strange rules, I will give you some advice, the restaurant is in the lobby of the hotel and you need to ask the front desk to open it for you or ask the waiter and they will help you... this is just one inconvenience ... next Christmas we will be smarter, but we will definitely come back, the food is worth it
We stayed here 2 nights and did dinner both nights and room service for breakfast. The service was amazing, and the server remembered our preferences from the day before. The quality and flavor of the food we were served was top notch and we will definitely go back next time we’re in St. Augustine
INCREDIBLE! We have stayed here many times in the past but never gave this place even a single thought. Tonight was the night, we were beat from out travels and decided to give it a shot....WOW. Everything was very good, from the drinks to bread and butter to the appetizers, then the entrees. The Duck was out of this world Overall we give this place a solid 5. We will eat here again.

St. Augustine, FL. Oh what a divine breakfast we had at Aviles! Shiraz, who greeted us and served us, was so wonderfully warm, quiet and sweet. Just what you need in the morning. We were the second table to be seated. I tried shakshuka for the first time. It was incredible. And so was Steve’s croissant, omelet, our coffee, and my Cuban toast. Steve took extra long because on top of his croissant he ate my Cuban toast! They put little jars of Dickinson’s preserves on the table with a nob of real butter so of course he slowed down to savor that. Aviles felt like a bright cocoon in the morning light with the flowers outside the shuttered windows. What a good memory.
My wife and I enjoy our visitors to Aviles. Whether it’s for breakfast seeing Justina or Ana OR enjoying a nice dinner with Sheraz and Michael we know the food and service will be top notch! Thank you Aviles for always putting a smile on our faces!
Aviles is by far my favorite restaurant to go to! Whether it’s for breakfast or dinner, I know I will be taken care of by the wonderful staff and served the best quality food! An excellent choice for an intimate evening, a celebration dinner or just a casual meal with fine dining flavors! Highly recommended!
